A property viewing trip gives you the opportunity
to see the properties first hand as well as getting to
know the areas. We arrange every step of property
viewing trips for our potential customers:
If you have booked a package holiday with your travel
agency that includes airport transfer, we simply decide
on an appointment with you to pick you up from your
hotel. Then we prepare a portfolio of properties to view
according to your specifications. We will inform you
about the region, view our own developments or other
properties that we think are of good value. During the
viewing trip, we will host you for a lunch. This service
is free of charge.
If you need hotel accommodation, we arrange it for you
at travel agency prices without any commission. In this
case, we provide airport transfer at a cost of € 60 one
way for up to 4 people which is much cheaper than taxi
fee. We also have vehicles for larger groups. Airport
transfer fee is refunded if visitors purchase any
property from us.
