MOORING FEES

• Prices are in EURO per square meter.
• Mooring, lifting and launching fees are calculated on the following basis: L.O.A. x Max. Beam x Unit Price (Euro)
• In calculation of mooring fees, 30 sqm is taken as the minimum area and minimum mooring duration is 24 hours. In calculation of lifting and launching services, minimum boat area is 20 sqm.
• Mooring, lifting and launching fees are payable in full in advance.
• 0,75% additional stamp tax is applicable to mooring, lifting and launching prices.
• Mooring, lifting and launching fees that are less than the limit determined by the Government are subject to V.A.T.
• Charges not specified in the price list are set by Çelebi Marina Antalya Management.
• Çelebi Marina Antalya Management keeps the right to change prices without any prior notice.
• Yachts staying at the marina must have comprehensive hull insurance including third person liability coverage.
• Use of the Marina is subject to Çelebi Marina Antalya Regulations.

PRICES FOR GENERAL SERVICES

• Charges not specified in the price list are set by the Çelebi Marina Antalya Management.
• Çelebi Marina Antalya Management keeps the right to change prices without any prior notice.
• Yachts staying at the marina must have comprehensive hull insurance including third party liability coverage.
• Use of the Marina is subject to Çelebi Marina Antalya Regulations.

WORKMAN ENTRY RULES

• Workman entry fees are paid in advance.
• First 30 minutes of workman entry are free of charge.
• The boat owner/captain/authorized person shall obtain prior approval from Çelebi Marina Antalya Facility in respect of any workman that it will hire from outside the Marina to perform maintenance, repair etc. on his boat.
• Boat owner/captain/authorized person must complete and sign a Workman Entry Form related to entry of the workman to the Marina.
• Any workman that will enter the Marina must be insured.
• SSK (Social Security Organization) employment statement must be submitted to the Marina Office before a workman enters the Marina.
• A workman entering the Marina may work only on the boat named in the Workman Entry Form. Such workmen are not allowed to work on any other boat.
• The boat owner/captain/authorized person shall be liable for any loss or damage which may be caused by such a workman at the Marina.
• Any person, who shall have been established to have entered the boat without completing the necessary formalities, shall be removed from the Marina by the Marina Facility. The boat owner/captain/authorized person may not hold the Marina Facility responsible for any loss or damage which may result from the removal of such persons from the Marina, and hereby agrees to pay a fine equal to twice the amount of the workman entry fee arising in relation to such persons.

PROMOTIONS/EVENTS

• 15% discount for mooring fees.
• The discount is applicable under the condition that the mooring contract commences on the 1st of November and finishes before the 1st of April.
• Minimum contract period is 4 months.

DISCOUNTED HARDSTANDING, LIFTING AND LAUNCHING FEE (Between 1st of July - 31st of August ) "

• 15% discount for hardstanding, lifting and launching fees.
• Maximum hardstanding period is two months.
• Contract expiry date can not exceed 31st of August.
