Management Content
  1. Visiting your property once 2 weeks opening all windows and doors so as to air the property. Flushing the toilets to avoid sour odours as well as looking for any damage/ humidity. Watering of plants if you have. Ensuring the terrace is kept tidy, gutters and pipes are free of blockage
  2. Visiting the property to check for damages after extreme weather conditions.
  3. Checking pests and vermin in your property and recommend remedial action if needed
  4. Immediate response to all maintenance requirements from tenants or other guests
  5. Paying your utility bills, taxes and maintenance fee on your behalf with your authorisation
  6. Assisting you for insuring your property and in case of any burglary, taking the legal action according to Turkish laws
  7. Arranging airport transfers for you at its cost
  8. Assisting you and your tenants in car rental
  9. Fridge filling service before your arrival at its cost
  10. Advicing you about any necessary repairs to maintain your property in good condition and helping to find handy man artisians and craftsmen when needed
  11. Providing cleaning service at its cost
  12. Collection of post from your post box to be left either in your property or to be resent to your home address.
  13. If requested we will switch on the air conditioning/ heating some hours before your arrival, as well as the water heater and the floor heating. Also, we will make sure that all your appliances (gas, water, electricity) are in working order.
  14. Keeping your key in safe custody and providing access to the property to your guests or suppliers, with your authorization, should you not be present.
  15. Maintenance will be contracted for a minimum period of one year and can be paid on annual basis.
  16. Annual Service Fee: € 300 per property
 

Notes:
  • 300 € to be paid when signing the contract. This money will be held in case of any repairs, extra-cleaning etc. The remainder of this money will be refunded at the end of the subscription period.
  • Maintenance fee for the property is to be paid separately to the complex management, this can be done directly or via HomeMade
