Since our main goal is to establish life time relationships with our customers, our after purchase services will be an ongoing process as long as you own your property. Here are some of them:

• Sending your title-deed application to the Army Headquarters in Izmir.
• Registering the property under your name when the application is submitted back from the authorities.
• Assisting you to get your tax number from the Tax Office in Alanya
• Registering for electricity, water and phone line.
• Assisting you to open a bank account and informing you about the local banking system.
• Recommendation on buying furniture and all other house appliances
• Advice on property insurance (theft, earthquake, storm, etc…)
• Recommendation on car rentals

Our service concept continues while you are away:

• Frequent security checks on your property
• Arranging cleaning and maintenance services if required ( at a fee)
• Paying your utility bills.
• Arranging airport transfers for your friends or tenants who come to stay in your property (at a fee).
• Arranging cleaning if required ( at a fee )
